Rotary valves

These welded valves are used for the discharging or dosing of bulk materials in pipes, from silos, bunkers and other plant parts.

Type B:
for extreme demands
up to 1000 °C

Type R:
pressure shock-resistant
up to 450 °C

Type K:
pressure shock-resistant
up to 300 l/h, up to 650 °C

Special valves:
designed in accordance with the customer’s boundary conditions

Slide gates

Water-cooled, welded slide gates made of creep- and heat-resistant steels or nickel-base alloys were developed as intermediate flanged knife gate valves in the nominal pipe sizes DN 100 – DN 500 for shutting off hot bulk material flows with product temperatures of up to approx. 1000 °C. They can also be used for pipes with refractory lining in the case of changeable flange dimensions.
